As Chestermere Dentists at Lifepath Wellness Dental, we believe that clarity of expectations and good communication about our office policies are the keys to a good patient/provider relationship. To ensure your next dental appointment is as pleasant and predictable as possible, we would be happy to provide you with an overview of our office procedures. Please feel free to call us at (403) 235-6208 with any questions you may have.
As a courtesy, we send out appointment reminder emails to you 2-3 weeks before a requested appointment and make confirmation calls and/or send text reminders before all appointments. Although we will make every effort to contact you before any appointment, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that you will be at your appointment unless other arrangements have been made in advance of our office.
There are many times when our patients require urgent or emergency treatment and require an appointment as soon as possible. When patients provide advance notice to rebook a scheduled appointment, this helps those patients in need of urgent treatment. In this way, the clinic can best serve the needs of ALL patients.
Bearing these special needs in mind, our clinic requires a minimum
of 2 business days’ notice if an appointment needs to be rescheduled.
